SWEEP RULES

These Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern and regulate the Company’s promotion of free sweepstakes entries, referred to as “Sweepstake Coins”, offered through the Platform. These Rules apply to the acquisition, use, and exchange of Sweepstake Coins for participation in sweepstakes contests and promotional activities available on the Platform, as further described herein. By engaging with the Website and Platform, Participants agree to adhere to these Rules in addition to the Legal Documentation.

These Rules must be understood alongside the Website’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Social Gaming Policy, and any other pertinent documents relating to your use of the Website (the “Legal Documentation” or “Documentation”). Any terms defined within the Documentation and not explicitly defined in the Rules shall have the meaning provided to it in the Documentation. Introduction

The Platform provides Users with access to various Games, which are offered free of charge and are strictly intended for recreational and entertainment purposes. These Games utilize an in-game currency known as “Gold Coins”. In connection with the promotion of the Platform, the Company may allocate “Sweepstake Coins” to Users.

The Company operates a social casino platform, which offers Games designed exclusively for entertainment and recreational purposes. The Platform does not involve or offer real-money gaming, gambling services, or wagering activities. The Games available on the Platform are not intended for use in connection with any form of gambling, and no Games, associated content, or outcomes derived from the operation of such Games on the Website may be utilized for gambling, wagering, or any other illegal or prohibited activity. Participants agree to refrain from engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or the intended use of the Platform.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY GAMES OR PROMOTIONS ON THE PLATFORM. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE ACQUISITION OF SWEEPSTAKE COINS DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PURCHASE OR PAYMENT. FURTHERMORE, THE PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION OF GOLD COINS WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF OBTAINING SWEEPSTAKE COINS OR WINNING IN ANY ASSOCIATED SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTIONS. ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE EQUAL, RANDOM CHANCES TO WIN, REGARDLESS OF ANY MONETARY TRANSACTIONS OR IN-GAME PURCHASES. PARTICIPATION IN ALL GAMES AND PROMOTIONS IS OPEN TO ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS, AND NO TRANSACTION IS NECESSARY TO ENGAGE OR TO WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering any Promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge and expressly agree to be bound by these Rules and any other relevant Documentation governing your participation and use of the Platform. If you do not agree to or wish to be bound by these Rules and/or the associated Documentation, your sole recourse is to refrain from participating in the Promotion and to discontinue your use of the Platform.

You further agree and acknowledge that any disputes arising out of or in connection with your participation in a Promotion shall be governed by the provisions set forth in these Rules, as well as the Platform’s Terms and Conditions, and such disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanisms provided therein.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. “Account” refers to a personal account of an individual User registered with us created on the Website.

1.2. “Device” means a smartphone, a tablet, a laptop, a computer or another similar mobile device that You either own or otherwise legally control for Your personal non-commercial use.

1.3. “Eligible Participant” or "Participant" refers to a User meeting the prerequisites outlined in the Rules and/or other Documentation acquiring Gold Coins, engaging in Promotions using Sweepstake Coins, and/or redeeming Sweepstake Coins.

1.4. “Excluded Jurisdictions” denotes a geographic location where Users arenot permitted to access the Website, including but not limited to, the Statesof Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington (State). In addition, the Platform is and/or should not be made available in: Maryland, Minnesota, Tennessee, West Virginia, Washington, D.C.

1.5. “Game(s)” represents any game offered through the Platform.

1.6. “Gold Coins” represents the virtual social in-game currency utilized to play Gold Coin Games that cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for Prizes as further defined in the Rules. Gold Coins are freely provided Users in numerous ways, including, but not limited to, upon:

i. registering an Account,

ii. logging on to, and receiving a specified free daily allotment from, the Website,

iii. winning and/or participating in Gold Coin Games, and

iv. through other means used to encourage participation on the Website.

Gold Coins may also be obtained with the purchase of Gold Coin Packages. Gold Coins may only be used in accordance with these Rules and the Website’s Terms and Conditions, are provided solely for the purpose of participating in Gold Coin Games, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for Prizes, cash, or any other form of currency.

1.7. “Gold Coin Games” means any game played with Gold Coins. Gold Coin Games are provided for entertainment purposes only. You cannot win Prizes from participating in Gold Coin Games.

1.8. “Sweepstake Coins” represents the virtual social promotional in-game currency as further defined in the Rules.

1.9. “Legal Documentation” or “Documentation” collectively refers to the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, these Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”), and any other documents, policies, guidelines, or notices made available by Company that govern or relate to your access to and use of the Website, the Platform, the Games, or the Services, each as may be amended, supplemented, or updated from time to time.

1.10. “Payment Provider” refers to any third party, including but not limited to financial institutions, payment processors, or other entities, retained or authorized by the Company to facilitate, process, or accept payments or transactions from any Participant in connection with the Website or Services.

1.11. “Permitted Territory” refers to any geographic area where the Company allows its Services to be provided. The Company reserves the right to modify or restrict its Permitted Territories at its sole discretion. Detailed information regarding the Permitted Territories is provided in these Terms and Conditions and/or other applicable Legal Documentation.

1.12. “Prize(s)” means Sweepstake Coins eligible for redemption by a Participant in accordance with these Rules and/or the Website’s Terms and Conditions.

1.13. “Promotion” means any of our promotions enabling Participants to use and obtain Sweepstake Coins eligible for redemptions as Prizes in accordance with this Rules.

1.14. "Service" refers to any services available through the Website or mobile applications.

1.15. "USD" means an abbreviation for United States dollars.

1.16. "User" represents an individual using the Service via the Website.

1.17. “Website” means the website available at https://turbostakes.com/, including all associated domains, subdomains, and any related content, features, or services provided through or in connection with it.

1.18. “You” means an individual using the Website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Promotions are exclusively open to Eligible Participants. To be an Eligible Participant, the Participant must be:

i. at least 21 (twenty-one) years old at time of entry into the Promotion;

ii. a legal resident located within a Permitted Territory;

iii. and be verified eligible in accordance with these Rules and the Website’s Terms and Conditions.

PARTICIPATION IN A PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT AN ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT IS VOID, INCLUDING IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE SUCH PARTICIPATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2.2. The Promotions are subject to, and shall be construed in accordance with, all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Each Participant bears sole responsibility for ascertaining the legality of their participation in the Promotions within the jurisdiction from which the Service is accessed or utilized.

2.3. Participation in any Promotion constitutes the Participant’s full, irrevocable, and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these Rules, the Documentation, and any determinations, decisions, or interpretations issued by Company in its sole discretion. All such determinations, decisions, and interpretations shall be final, conclusive, and binding in all matters relating to any Promotion.

2.4. In order to claim a Prize, a Participant must strictly comply with and satisfy all eligibility criteria, procedural requirements, and conditions set forth in these Rules and the Documentation.

2.5. Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or holding companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the conception, design, administration, execution, or distribution of the Promotions, together with their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household, are ineligible to participate in any Promotion, except where participation is required solely for testing, development, or support purposes. Former employees shall remain ineligible to participate until the expiration of three (3) years following the termination of their employment. Any Prizes obtained in connection with testing or development activities shall be deemed void and are not eligible for Prize redemption.

3. PARTICIPATION

3.1. To participate in any Promotion, Participants must maintain an active Account with us. Accounts may be created free of charge viahttps://turbostakes.com/. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions, the Documentation, and all other applicable legal materials prior to registering an Account to ensure that the Account is established in full compliance with all requirements. Failure to adhere to such requirements may result in limitations on Account functionality, disqualification from Promotions, or other consequences as set forth therein.

3.2. No Consideration for Sweepstakes Entries. Gold Coins may be purchased solely for entertainment purposes and to participate in Gold Coin Games. Purchasing Gold Coins does not constitute, and shall not be deemed to constitute, payment or consideration for any Sweepstakes entry or for the award of Sweepstake Coins. Any Sweepstake Coins allocated in connection with the purchase of Gold Coins are provided exclusively as a free promotional bonus, have no monetary value, and are not sold or offered for sale under any circumstances.

3.3. Sweepstake Coins awarded with a Gold Coin purchase are provided at no additional cost, are not tied to the price of the Gold Coins, and are not conditioned upon the purchase of any product or service as a method of entering a Sweepstakes. The acquisition of Gold Coins will never increase a Participant’s chances of winning a Prize, and all participants, regardless of whether they make a purchase, receive equal treatment and equal odds within each Promotion.

3.4. Sweepstake Coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and may only be acquired through free methods authorized by Company.

3.5. Sweepstakes Entry Period. For purposes of these Rules, each “Sweepstakes Entry Period” is a recurring calendar-month period that takes place during a Promotional Period. Each Sweepstakes Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the same month, unless otherwise specified in connection with a particular Promotion.

3.6. Company’s servers (or those of its service providers) are the official time-keeping devices for all Sweepstakes Entry Periods.

3.7. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning virtual coins will vary for each Game and will be published by the Company and visible to all Participants on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to change the Prize win rates and payout odds of any of the Games at any time. A Participant can obtain the actual and any amended details of any Game at the point of entering an amount to play in the Game. It is a Participant’s responsibility to check the Prize available on each occasion before they participate. The odds of winning a Prize in any Promotion depend on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries (Sweepstake Coins) received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period. Each eligible Sweepstake Coin constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry. No purchase, payment, or gameplay involving Gold Coins will increase the odds of winning a Prize. For Sweepstakes Games that use fixed-probability RNG mechanics, the odds of obtaining additional Sweepstake Coins through gameplay are determined by the mathematical probability tables associated with each Game and are the same for all Participants. These probabilities are published within each Game’s paytable. Participants who submit mail-in requests (AMOE) will receive the same number of Sweepstakes entries and will have the exact same odds of winning as Participants who obtain Sweepstake Coins through other free methods. All methods of entry carry equal dignity and equal chance of winning.

3.8. Participants are strictly prohibited from purchasing Sweepstake Coins, and Sweepstake Coins shall not be offered for sale under any circumstances.

3.9. Sweepstake Coins may be obtained solely through the following free and lawful methods:

i. As a complimentary promotional bonus granted upon the purchase of eligible Gold Coins. Gold Coins are for entertainment purposes only and are not eligible for Prize redemption. At the time of purchase, the device interface will clearly disclose the amount of free Sweepstake Coins awarded in connection with the transaction. All Gold Coinspurchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.

ii. As a daily bonus when logging into the Account.

iii. From time to time, as a discretionary “mystery bonus” awarded upon logging into the Account, subject to availability and any conditions specified by Company.

iv. As a reward for signing up to use the Service.

v. As a reward for linking your Facebook account to the Website.

vi. As a reward for verifying your phone number.

vii. By inviting others via a personal link. There's a limit on the number of invites that can be extended in any 24 (twenty-four) hour period.

viii. Mail-in request to obtain Sweepstake Coins. You may acquire 3 Sweepstake Coins for free by sending a handwritten request via mail on a paper containing the statement: “I am requesting free Sweepstake Coins to participate in the Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by your Terms and Conditions and Rules”, provided that you fulfil the following conditions:

a. Write your return mailing address on the front of the envelope along with the words: “Sweepstake Coins”. Write the following information on one side only of the paper placed in the envelope:

• Your full name as displayed on your government-issued identification.

• The e-mail address registered on your Account.

• Your return address is registered on your Account.

• Your user ID is registered on your Account.

b. Handwriting must be legible. Any confusion in handwriting will lead to the request being considered void.

c. The request must be mailed from the same state or province as the return address registered to your Account.

d. The envelope shall be addressed: 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801 USA.

e. There is no limit to the number of requests that can be made, but each request must be limited to one per envelope.

f. The request must be submitted exclusively by the Participant’s Account holder. The name provided on the Request Card must exactly match the name associated with the Participant’s Account. If the name appearing on the Request differs from the name registered to the Participant’s Account, the Request shall be deemed invalid, and the Participant will be required to submit a formal request to update the name associated with their Accountbefore a valid request may be processed.

g. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Mail-In Requests or allocations.

3.10. Know Your Customer (KYC). In order to comply with Company policies, anti-fraud procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including, without limitation, identity verification, age verification, anti-money-laundering (AML) controls, and sanctions screening, You may be required to successfully complete certain Know Your Customer (KYC)processes before becoming eligible to claim any free reward. Such verification measures may include the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, payment-method confirmation, or any additional documentation reasonably requested by Company to authenticate your identity, confirm your eligibility, and ensure the integrity of the Promotion.

Failure to complete the required KYC procedures to Company’s satisfaction may result in delays, suspension of your eligibility to receive rewards, or denial of your claim altogether. Company reserves the right to conduct ongoing or supplemental verification at any time, at its sole discretion.

3.11. Any attempt to purchase, sell, transfer, trade, or otherwise obtain Sweepstake Coins in exchange for monetary payment or any other form of consideration, whether directly, indirectly, or through any third party, shall be deemed void and without effect. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose remedial measures for any such prohibited conduct, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the Account, disqualification from Promotions, forfeiture of Prizes, and any additional actions deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

3.12. The quantities of Gold Coins and Sweepstake Coins available to a Participant at any given time will be displayed within the Participant’s Account on the Website. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust, modify, or otherwise amend the allocation or display of Gold Coins and/or Sweepstake Coins in accordance with these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, and the Documentation.

3.13. All Sweepstake Coins awarded through free methods possess the same probability of winning any Prize as Sweepstake Coins distributed in connection with the purchase of any product or service. Sweepstake Coinscannot be purchased and have no monetary or cash value. Neither Sweepstake Coins nor Gold Coins may be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, traded, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed, whether for monetary consideration or any other item of value. Sweepstake Coins acquired through any of the methods described in these Rules are not redeemable or exchangeable for goods, services, cash, or any item of value except as expressly permitted for Prize redemption in accordance with these Rules and the Documentation.

3.14. You acknowledge and agree that Sweepstake Coins awarded in connection with the purchase of Gold Coins, or obtained through any other permitted method, constitute intangible, valueless digital promotional items provided solely as part of, and incidental to, Company’s marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to your participation in Gold Coin Games.

3.15. The use of any automated means, scripts, bots, macros, algorithms, or other systems, tools, or devices, whether technological, mechanical, or otherwise, to acquire Gold Coins or Sweepstake Coins, to participate in Games, or to enter Promotions is strictly prohibited. Any such prohibited conduct will result in immediate disqualification, voiding of Entries, and loss of eligibility to participate in current or future Games and/or Promotions.

3.16. Company further reserves the right to forfeit any Gold Coins and/or Sweepstake Coins associated with a Participant’s Account if the Account is suspended, deactivated, or terminated for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Rules and/or the Terms and Conditions.

3.17. Sweepstake Coins not played for 120 days following placement into your Account may be deemed forfeited at our sole discretion. Sweepstake Coins and/or Gold Coins may be forfeited if a User’s Account is terminated for any reason, including, without limitation, violation of these Rules and/or our Terms and Conditions.

4. GAMES AND PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENTS

4.1. Participants may use Sweepstake Coins to enter Promotions.

4.2. Only Eligible Participants are entitled to enter Promotions.

4.3. Promotions give Eligible Participants the chance to win additional Sweepstake Coins.

4.4. Each Promotion will set out the potential Prizes eligible to be won.

4.5. We reserve the right to place Playthrough Requirements on any Sweepstake Coins provided by us to Participants, including, but not limited to, Sweepstake Coins provided in the following circumstances:

i. Registration for our Website;

ii. Connecting a Facebook account to our Website;

iii. Daily entitlement;

iv. Mail-in request;

v. Referring new Users to our Website;

vi. Marketing and/or promotional purposes.

4.6. For any or no reason:

i. The Playthrough Requirements may vary and can be imposed and modified at our sole discretion.

ii. Entry into each eligible Promotion will count towards meeting the Playthrough Requirement if a Playthrough Requirement has been imposed by us on certain Sweepstake Coins.

iii. Users may not claim or receive any Sweepstake Coins or Prizes for which a Participant is ineligible. We reserve the right to retrospectively void any Sweepstake Coins or Prizes for any or no reason.

iv. Before any Prizes are processed, we will review the play of a Participant for any irregular playing patterns. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, which activities constitute “irregular play” from time to time and to withhold any withdrawals where irregular play has occurred to meet Playthrough Requirements.

v. In the event we believe a Participant has abused or has attempted to abuse Sweepstake Coins, we may, at our sole discretion, deny, withhold, or withdraw from you any Sweepstake Coins , or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate your access to our Website and/or terminate your Account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund to you any Sweepstake Coins or purchases made via your Account.

vi. At any point, a Participant may decide to forfeit all, or a portion of, their Sweepstake Coins. Forfeiture of Sweepstake Coins may result in the loss of any remaining Sweepstake Coins and any Prize(s). Forfeitures are non-reversible, and no exceptions will be made.

vii. All decisions made by us as to the administration and operation of the Promotions, Games, and winnings are final and binding.

viii. Unless otherwise required by us, any Sweepstake Coins collected by a Participant must be played one time for those Sweepstake Coins to become eligible for redemption for real Prizes. We may, in our sole discretion, require that any Sweepstake Coins be subject to a Playthrough Requirement before becoming eligible for redemption towards real Prizes.

ix. The odds of winning each Promotion can be found within the game rules associated with such Promotions. A purchase will not increase any Participant’s chance of winning any Promotion. We reserve the right to right to modify, alter, or change the rules, regulations, and prize amounts of any Promotion at any time in our sole discretion. Participants can view the actual and any amended details by clicking on the pay table button in each game. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to check the Prize win rate each time before they participate. In the event of modifying a Promotion, a User’s continued participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

5. PRIZES

5.1. The right to receive or redeem a Prize is personal to the verified winner and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.

5.2. The Prize is subject to availability. In the event that the advertised Prizecannot be awarded for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with another item of comparable or greater retail value. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted except as expressly allowed by the Sponsor, and any permitted substitution shall be final and binding. The Company further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund of applicable purchases in lieu of processing a Prize redemption, including in circumstances where a substitution is impracticable, unavailable, or otherwise not feasible.

5.3. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt, ownership, or use of a Prize that are not expressly stated in these Rules as being provided by the Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

5.4. Company will process no more than one Prize redemption request per Account within any 48 (forty-eight) hour period. Submission of a redemption request will not, in itself, restrict your ability to access or use the Platform; however, Company reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict your access to or use of the Platform, including in connection with verification procedures, compliance reviews, security checks, or any suspected violation of these Rules or the Documentation.

5.5. Participants have the option to redeem a minimum of 100 eligible Sweepstake Coins per day.

5.6. All winners will be notified by a message and/or by email associated with their Account.

5.7. Potential winners must comply in all respects with these Rules and the Terms and Conditions. Eligibility to redeem any Prize is contingent upon verification that the Participant is an Eligible Participant and that the Participant’s personal information precisely corresponds to the details associated with the Participant’s Account. Company’s determinations regarding verification of eligibility, identity, and compliance shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

5.8. We process Prize redemption requests in the order of their receipt, striving toprocess requests as promptly as possible.

5.9. Company may, at any time and in its sole discretion, conduct supplementary verification procedures in accordance with its internal anti-fraud, compliance, and risk-management policies. Completion of such procedures may be required before any Prize is processed or awarded.

5.10. Examples of verification documents we may request include, but are not limited to:

i. Proof of income;

ii. Copy of photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license;

iii. Documents showing proof of residence, such as a utility statement;

iv. Proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds, such as a payslip or bank statement.

5.11. Until all requested verification documents are provided by the User to our satisfaction:

i. Any request a User has made for redemption of Prizes will remain pending and/or may be refused; and

ii. We reserve the right to restrict your Account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate pending the outcome of any verification process, including by suspending or closing your Account.

5.12. The ability to redeem Sweepstake Coins won from participation in a Promotion may be forfeited if a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to comply with our verification requests within the required time period, fails to comply with these Rules or Terms and Conditions, or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable. In the event that a potential winner of a Promotion is disqualified or ruled ineligible for any reason, such Prize shall be deemed forfeited.

5.13. In Florida, the maximum retail value of a prize won in a Promotion is less than $5,000 (five thousand) USD and any redemption of a prize valued in excess of US$5,000 will not be allocated or paid. The Platform does not allocate, award, or redeem any prize valued in excess of $5,000 (five thousand) USD within the state (“Maximum Redemption”). Any requested redemption in excess of the Maximum Redemption will not be paid to the Participant.

5.14. Sponsor reserves the right to limit the value of any prize redemptions to $10,000 (ten thousand) USD per calendar day and $100,000 (one hundred thousand) USD per calendar month (or as otherwise required by the Payment Providers). Sponsor is entitled, at its sole discretion, to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.15. Any taxes, duties, charges, or fees arising from or associated with the redemption, receipt, or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Participants are exclusively responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes and fees related to any Prize, in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. Company assumes no liability for any tax obligations incurred by Participants.

5.16. The Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for any foreign exchange fees, transaction charges, conversion costs, or other expenses incurred by Participants in connection with the redemption, receipt, or processing of any Prize. All such fees and costs are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

5.17. Sweepstake Coins are strictly non-transferable. Participants may not sell, assign, gift, trade, or otherwise offer Sweepstake Coins to any third party, nor may they obtain Sweepstake Coins from any person or entity other than the Sponsor through the authorized methods described in these Rules and the Documentation. Company further reserves the right, at any time and for any reason arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to substitute any listed Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value. Any such substitution shall be final and shall not entitle the Participant to any additional compensation or remedy.

5.18. If, at any time, Sweepstake Coins are mistakenly credited to your Account, whether as the result of a technical malfunction, human error, or any other cause, such Sweepstake Coins shall remain the sole property of the Company and will be removed or deducted from your Account. If you have received a Prize in error, the value of the mistakenly issued Prize shall, without prejudice to any other rights, remedies, or legal actions available to the Sponsor, constitute a debt owed by you to the Company. In the event of any incorrect crediting, you are obligated to promptly notify Customer Support at [email protected]. The Company reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to deduct Sweepstake Coins from your Account, reverse transactions, recover erroneously issued Prizes, or otherwise adjust or correct your Account balance to remedy any error.

5.19. It is your sole responsibility to retain copies of all transaction records, correspondence, and the current version of these Official Rules, as amended from time to time.

5.20. For purposes of redemption only, 1 (one) Sweepstake Coin will be redeemable for 1 (one) $ dollar in Prize. Sweepstake Coins possess no monetary value until redeemed.

5.21. You must accumulate a minimum of 100 (one hundred) eligible Sweepstake Coins eligible to be redeemed in order to submit a request for a cash prize.

5.22. You acknowledge and agree that, in certain circumstances, processing of a Prize redemption may take up to 10 (ten) days. Redemption of Prizes may be subject to additional delays arising from Company’s identity-verification procedures and other compliance requirements.

5.23. Prizes with a value of $2,000 (two thousand) USD or more may require extended processing times due to enhanced security reviews, fraud-prevention checks, and verification protocols, and such Prizes may be issued in more than one equivalent lump-sum payment. While Company will use reasonable efforts to process Prize redemptions within the estimated timeframes provided, all processing times are approximate and not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the processing or delivery of any Prize.

5.24. Where applicable, if the total prize value awarded to a single Participant in a calendar year equals or exceeds $2,000 (two thousand) USD may require compliance with U.S. federal tax reporting obligations. Prize processing will not be completed until all required tax documentation has been submitted and verified.

6. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION

6.1. All Prizes are subject to verification by Company. Company’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotions, eligibility, Prize redemption, and verification shall be final, conclusive, and binding.

6.2. No Prize shall be deemed won, awarded, or redeemable unless and until:

i. the Participant has been verified as an Eligible Participant;

ii. he underlying win has been validated;

iii. the Participant has fully complied with these Rules and the Documentation; and

iv. the Company has issued formal notification that verification is complete.

6.3. Company retains sole discretion to determine what constitutes satisfactory evidence of a win. Company may void, refuse to award, or rescind any Prize that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have resulted from error, software or technical malfunction, system irregularity, or any form of fraud, manipulation, or prohibited conduct.

6.4. The verification process may require submission of documentation, completion of KYC procedures, and legal review, and may take up to one (1) month from the date all required information is received. Company disclaims all responsibility and liability for any delays in Prize processing or payout arising from verification requirements or other operational factors.

6.5. The award of any Prize is expressly conditioned upon the Participant’s full compliance with these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, and all other applicable requirements. A Participant shall not be deemed a winner, nor entitled to redeem any Prize, until all such obligations have been satisfied to Company’s sole satisfaction.

6.6. Company may require any potential Prize winner to execute and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, together with a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law), as a condition of claiming or receiving a Prize. Failure to timely execute and return any required documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.

6.7. Your access to and use of the Platform will generally remain available during the course of any verification process; however, Company reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict your access to or use of the Platform, including as necessary to complete verification procedures, address security or compliance concerns, or ensure adherence to these Rules and the Documentation.

7. ENTRY CONDITIONS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION

7.1. By participating in the Promotions, each Participant agrees to comply with and be bound by:

ii. The Rules;

iii. All decisions made by us are binding and final.

iv. All applicable laws and regulations.

7.2. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time and for any reason. In the event your Account is closed, Company shall have no obligation to redeem any Sweepstake Coins associated with the Account, and any such Sweepstake Coins may be forfeited. Company may also, in its sole discretion, limit, restrict, or deny the redemption of Sweepstake Coins at any time, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with these Rules or the Documentation.

7.3. Your participation in any Promotion and/or your acceptance or use of any Prize constitutes your agreement to release, discharge, and hold harmless Company and all of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertisers, and agencies (collectively, the “Released and Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion, your use of the Service, your receipt or use of any Prize, or any activities associated with obtaining, earning, playing, winning, or redeeming Sweepstake Coins.

7.4. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released and Indemnified Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

i. your use or misuse of the Service;

ii. your participation in any Promotion;

iii. your acquisition, use, or redemption of Sweepstake Coins; or

iv. any violation by you of these Rules, the Terms and Conditions, or any applicable law or regulation.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction, the Released and Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive—arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotions, regardless of the cause. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released and Indemnified Parties are not responsible or liable for:

i. Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing or typographical errors, human error, unauthorized intervention, or by any of the equipment, systems, algorithms, software, or programming associated with or used in connection with the Promotions or the Platform;

ii. Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to failures, malfunctions, interruptions, delays, or disconnections involving computers, servers, providers, telephone or mobile networks, internet service, software, hardware, or any other technical components required for participation in the Promotions;

iii. Unauthorized human intervention, tampering, hacking, cheating, exploitation of bugs, manipulation of software, use of automated tools or bots, or interference in any part of the entry process, Prize redemption process, or the operation or administration of the Promotions;

iv. Errors of any kind, whether technical, mechanical, electronic, network-related, algorithmic, or human, which may occur in the printing, processing, administration, verification, or awarding of Sweepstake Coins or Prizes, or in the operation of the Platform or Promotion-related communications;

v. Injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to bodily injury, emotional distress, economic loss, or data loss, whether directly or indirectly caused, in whole or in part, by participation in the Promotions, use or misuse of the Platform, or the acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize.

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants expressly waive any right to seek or recover damages beyond actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and in no event shall the Released and Indemnified Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees, lost profits, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

9.1. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion or these Rules at any time if circumstances beyond Company’s reasonable control, or any other factors, materially impair or otherwise affect the proper functioning, integrity, or operation of the Promotion.

9.2. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or ban any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotions, the Platform, or who otherwise violates these Rules or the Documentation.

9.3. Any deliberate attempt to undermine, interfere with, or manipulate the legitimate operation of the Promotions or these Rules may constitute a violation of civil and/or criminal laws. Company reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including legal action and claims for damages, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9.4. Failure by Company to enforce any provision of these Rules at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor shall it prevent Company from enforcing such provision thereafter.

9.5. These Sweepstakes Rules are effective as of the date indicated at the top of this document (the “Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect unless and until amended or replaced in accordance with their terms. Company may revise these Rules from time to time to reflect changes in its promotions, operational requirements, or applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Unless otherwise stated, any such revisions shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Website. Your continued participation in any Promotion following the Effective Date of revised Rules constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

9.6. Nothing in these Rules shall be construed to create or confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person or entity other than the parties expressly identified herein, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, your participation in the Promotions constitutes your express consent for Company and its agents, representatives, licensees, and assigns to use your name, likeness, username, city and state of residence, statements, testimonials, and any other personal information or materials submitted by you for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice, approval, or compensation of any kind.

10.2. All personal information collected or processed in connection with the Promotions will be handled, stored, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Rules. Company reserves the right to share such information with third-party service providers solely as necessary for the administration of the Promotions and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

11. DISPUTES

11.1. Except where prohibited by applicable law, all Participants agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Promotions, these Rules, or any Prize shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedures set forth in the Terms and Conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participants acknowledge and agree that damages shall be limited solely to a refund of the actual amount paid, if any, for the purchase of the product or service in connection with which the Sweepstake Coins were awarded. Participants expressly waive any right to seek or recover punitive, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or damages related to loss of opportunity.

11.2. All matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation, andenforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of theParticipant and Company in connection with the Promotions, shall begoverned by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State ofWyoming, without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law principlesthat would cause the laws of any other jurisdiction to apply.
